The new product includes a server-side notification management engine that integrates with SAP on the NetWeaverTM platform and a client-side application running on the BlackBerry. The notification engine identifies SAP events that require response and transmits notifications to the appropriate BlackBerry users. Those mobile professionals respond by using their BlackBerry devices to review related SAP data and complete their tasks by providing authorizations or completing other actions using Aware Interweave's CoPilot Suite of applications.
