Situps suck. Crunches suck. Jogging on a treadmill is a waste of time. Just about everything that is common advice for getting flat female abs is for the most part wrong or very inefficient.

It's called the vacuum pose... because basically you suck in your abs like a vacuum sucks up garbage.
It's similar to just sucking in your belly with the exception that you need to focus specifically on sucking in you belly starting with your belly button. This is a key point. If you suck in your belly from above the belly button, you are losing a lot of the effectiveness of the exercise.
So focus on your belly button getting sucked into your lower back and spine while standing up.
What you do is inhale through your nose until you can't inhale anymore... while you're sucking in your belly button. Once you can't inhale anymore, hold your position (pose) while slowing letting air out of your mouth (slowly). Try to hold the pose for as long as possible, but try for a minute.
You won't get that at first, but eventually with practice you will.
If you do this exercise for just 5-10 minutes everyday for 1 month, you'll lose somewhere around 1.75 inches off of your waist. So a flat female tummy (abs) is just 5 minutes a day away for you and many other women. Don't believe me? That's fine, prove me wrong then!
