BBK, an international business advisory firm providing financial, strategic and operational services to its clients worldwide, has announced eight promotions and three new hires.
Due to their commitment to BBK and proven success with BBK’s clients, eight individuals have been promoted: Tim Turek from Senior Director to Managing Director; Tim Monahan from Director to Senior Director; Marcus Hudson, Mark Ripple and James Downes from Manager to Director; Bruno Ricciuti and Andrew Zeleney from Associate to Manager; and Josh Hunter from Analyst to Associate.

Turek’s unique ability to recognize hidden value, maximize recoveries and affect change, combined with his expertise in helping clients through crisis management, turnarounds, workouts, acquisitions and divestitures, enables him to take on the position of a Managing Director. His responsibilities will include leading the development of strategies and action plans, identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, and acting as a primary contact for current clients, all while ensuring the profitability and stability of the companies served.
As Senior Director, Monahan will be responsible for managing client relationships and engagement teams, negotiating engagements and developing new business. He has more than 18 years of senior level experience in financial management and commercial banking, and has assisted companies within the manufacturing, distribution, retail and restaurant industries.
As directors, Hudson, Ripple and Downes will be responsible for leading the development of action plans, managing client relationships, assessing the financial, sales, operations, and legal aspects of a client, and facilitating effective communication with clients.
Hudson offers BBK clients the benefit of his expertise in corporate finance, valuation, performance improvement, corporate business unit strategy, statistical problem solving and project management. He also has experience working within the automotive, consumer goods and distribution industries.
With more than 21 years of hands-on experience, Ripple works with clients on quality related and technical problem solving functions and has a proven ability to help clients reduce scrap, improve FTQ and improve quality indicators as they relate to customers.
Downes has over 23 years of experience, specializing in automotive, consumer goods, and retail. He has experience in raising capital and working with limited funds, as well as international expansion into Europe and Asia.
As Managers, Riccuiti and Zeleney will contribute to developing new business and will be responsible for deal execution.
Riccuiti provides BBK clients the benefit of his expertise in restructuring, bankruptcy, corporate finance, valuation, due diligence, interim management, litigation support, risk/credit management, accounts receivable and claims management. He has experience in both the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Zeleney has expertise in corporate finance, risk/credit management, performance improvement and lean manufacturing and has served clients within the automotive, transportation and financial service industries.
Hunter will be responsible for supporting BBK clients in document research, data tracking, and fact-finding management and organization for BBK’s Client Support Services Group. He has experience in accounts receivable and claims management for automotive clients.
New additions to the BBK team
Also announced, three new hires joined BBK in its Southfield, Mich. office: Robert Fesmire as a Manager and Corina Dobre and Robert Jennings as Associates.
Fesmire has over 15 years of experience and was most recently Manager of Corporate Profit Analysis at Ford Credit in Dearborn, Mich., where he successfully led a team of finance professionals in all aspects of Ford Credit financial reporting, including an annual five-year business plan, calendar year budget and monthly forecasts.
Dobre joins BBK as an Associate in the Client Support Services Group where she supports BBK clients in document research, data tracking, and fact-finding management and organization. She previously worked as a Junior Accountant at Detroit Door & Hardware Co., where she was responsible for the company's financial reporting requirements including sales booking and billing reports, general ledger posting duties, and job cost reviews.
Before joining BBK, Jennings was Controller of Affiliate Operations & Real Estate at Volkswagen of America in Auburn Hills, Mich., where his responsibilities included developing $300M annual operating budget; developing $50M annual capital budget; controlling/reducing financial expenditures as a result of conducting in-depth analysis of the disbursement request process; and Managing the North American real estate portfolio
