· I can!

· I choose to do this!
· I am responsible!
· I'm up to the challenge!
· Give it to me; I'll get it done!
· You can count on me!
· Consider it done!
· I'm on top of it!
· You've come to the right place!
· Let's get started!
· I intend to achieve this goal!
· It's a done deal!
· I give you my word!
An effective goal setter will never express an opinion! You know and speak as if you know!
Everything that comes out of your mouth should be without doubt. You can be wrong, but never be in doubt. If there is any doubt or fear in your voice, you and others around you will feel it and cave in.
Examine your speech! You can and will inspire confidence with your words and vocal tone. This is accomplished, in part, by making positive, direct, unqualified statements. Base what you say on accurate information. Get the facts!
Don't pooh-pooh away the importance of what you've just read.
Consider this, if you asked two people the same question and the first one replied, “ I'll try to get it done.” and the second person replied, “You can count on me to get it done!” which person would you be more inclined to believe?
