WK Dickson & Co., Inc., a multidisciplined engineering and design firm, announced today it has acquired Browning Engineers of Charlotte. Browning is primarily a structural engineering company whose cadre of services will integrate well with WK Dickson’s overall community infrastructure consulting services.

Before the acquisition Browning Engineers had been serving the southeast for 29 years. They grew to provide structural engineering service in many markets such as Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Retail, Religious Facilities, Office Buildings, Department of Defense Projects, Light Industrial, Jails/Detention Facilities, Structural Investigations, Structural Studies and Renovation.
