Vinarsky is responsible for the day-to-day operations, strategies and performance of the Executive Resources and Office Solutions division. He will manage the program and oversee the development, negotiation and administration of contracts.

In his new position, Vinarsky will report to Allen Dunehew, chief contracting officer. Dunehew said, “John has more than 25 years of experience in the health care industry. He will be a great asset to the management team. I welcome his expertise.”

Vinarsky replaces a vacancy in the position created when former Vice President Ron Miller left the position to become the president of Amerinet Central, one of two investor-owners of Amerinet.

Prior to his new position, Vinarsky served as director of laboratory, diagnostic imaging and Amerinet Central’s director, clinical services. He also served as Amerinet Central’s assistant director of materials management services, and worked as a laboratory supervisor in Hematology department for the McKeesport Hospital (McKeesport, PA). Vinarsky is a certified Medical Technologist and earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Robert Morris University.
