With more than 18 years of experience, Mr. Rodriguez has a track record of effectively managing multi-location engineering organizations and delivering enterprise products to market. Prior to Tumbleweed, Mr. Rodriguez served as vice president of engineering in several divisions at Borland Software Corporation – most recently overseeing the LifeCycle Quality Management Products Group & Engineering Services. During his tenure at Borland, he was responsible for spearheading the implementation of Agile Development Methodologies that created a culture of “production engineering.” Before Borland, he served in a number of strategic roles including vice president of research and development at Highlander Engineering (acquired by Borland Software), and senior engineering roles at both Nortel Networks and Siemens Information and Communication Networks.
