Stephanie has more than 12 years of interactive knowledge and expertise along with domain experience in technology, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining PARTNERS+simons, Stephanie was a senior vice president and digital marketing director at Hill Holliday. She also has worked with a variety of clients throughout her career, including Liberty Mutual, CVS, The TJX Cos., Blue Cross Blue Shield, General Motors, Nextel, and GlaxoSmithKline. She began her marketing career with a start-up that developed personalization technology for Web sites, and moved into strategic interactive consulting, including channel planning and advisory services, market research, online media planning, e-mail marketing, web site development, and measurement and analytics.

In the last 15 years, Cindy has worked at Ingalls, Leonard/Monahan, Hill Holliday, and Boathouse Group, and has developed media programs for clients including Spalding Sports Worldwide, John Hancock, Fidelity Investments, CVS/pharmacy, LoJack, and New Balance.
• Doug Ellinger, Director, who provides strategic planning, channel mix recommendations, and day-to-day oversight of contact programs across practice areas, with an emphasis on how digital and emerging media can drive lead and demand generation. Over the past ten years, Doug has worked in a variety of agency, client, and consulting settings, including Digitas where he worked with General Motors, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and XM Satellite Radio. He also spent three years helping build L.L.Bean’s e-marketing business and multi-channel analytics capabilities.
