Network Communications, Inc. to Feed a Half Million Property Listings to FrontDoor, Real Estate Listings and Content Web Site Powered by HGTV

Network Communications, Inc. (NCI), the leading publisher of printed and online real estate information in North America, today announces a marketing agreement with FrontDoor.com, Scripps Networks new online real estate listings service and content Web site powered by HGTV. (http://www.frontdoor.com). NCI will feed its for-sale property listings to FrontDoor.com daily, tapping into the resources, leadership and expertise of HGTV, which is distributed to more than 95.8 million U.S. households and is one of cable’s top-rated networks. This agreement marks NCI’s second online distribution deal inked already in 2008.
“NCI is excited to be working with Scripps Networks and HGTV’s new Web site FrontDoor,” says Cy Caine, vice president strategy and business development, Network Communications, Inc. “FrontDoor is a great fit with our online listings distribution strategy which expands exposure and high-quality leads for our advertisers through strategic alliances with highly trafficked Web sites visited by home shoppers.”
On a daily basis, nearly a half million for-sale property listings from the top NCI real estate brands – The Real Estate Book, the #1 real estate publication in the country, New Home Finder, New Home Journal, New Homes & Ideas and Unique Homes – will be uploaded to FrontDoor.com. When a home shopper requests more information on an NCI property listing on FrontDoor, their inquiry will be directed back to NCI’s advertiser.
FrontDoor is the latest to join NCI’s growing network of online distribution partners that together will deliver more than 50 million unique visitors monthly. Partner sites include, AreaGuides.net, ATT.net, BobVila.com, Condo.com, Google Base, HomeGain, Homescape.com, HouseLocator.com, MSN Sympatico, The New York Times, Oodle.com, RealtyTrac.com, Trulia.com, Unique Global Estates, The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo.com and Zillow.com.
