Prior to his role at Fusion Sales Partners, Persiano served as Vice President of Marketing at Satori Group, Director of Marketing at FullTilt Solutions, Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications at DecisionOne Corporation, and Senior Division Manager in Business Development at Computer Sciences Corporation.

Persiano holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and was a doctoral candidate on academic scholarship at Drew University. He has taught communications at Rutgers University and is an internationally recognized author and bonsai master, and a Tae Kwon Do master. He currently resides with his wife, Sarah, in a suburb of Philadelphia.
