McCarthy has more than a decade of experience in consumer marketing and circulation. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Consumer Marketing at Source Interlink Media, where he oversaw all consumer marketing for 80 consumer titles, including subscription generation, online marketing, and database management. Previously, he held multiple positions at Time Inc., including VP and Consumer Marketing Director of Popular Science. He has also worked for Columbia House and Royal Caribbean Cruises. He will report to Michaelson.
