Arredondo is the Managing Partner of Siempre Holdings, a private investment firm based in New York. With her appointment, Rodale's board will increase to eight members.

Arredondo is also a Nonexecutive Board Director of the Experian Group plc (a FTSE 50 listed multinational) and of Spain's IBEX-listed Bankinter, S.A.; a Board Trustee of Sesame Workshop, the producers of Sesame Street; a Board Trustee of the World Wildlife Fund in the U.S. and previously a U.K. Board Trustee. In addition, she was previously a Nonexecutive Board Director of Intelsat Corporation in the U.S. and the BOC Group plc (previously "British Oxygen"/FTSE 50, now part of the Linde Group) in the U.K.
