Palma will be responsible for growing CafeMom’s revenues. In his role, he will lead CafeMom’s sales efforts, in addition to building relationships and working closely with the world’s top brands and agencies. Palma will also train, manage and support CafeMom’s rapidly growing sales team.

Before joining CafeMom, Palma served as Regional Vice President of Sales at MySpace, where he substantially grew revenues and expanded the sales team. Prior to his role at MySpace, he was the District Sales Manager at Microsoft’s MSN Property.

Other recent key hires include Bridgette Blake, who will open up CafeMom’s new offices in the Midwest and head up sales in the region. Prior to joining CafeMom, she was the Director, Midwest sales for MySpace and was also at MSN. Additionally, David Taylor will open up the company’s West Coast offices and lead the sales team for CafeMom. Taylor was previously the head of West Coast sales for variety.com.
