Lockton, the worlds largest privately held insurance broker, has expanded its St. Louis brokerage team with the addition of Linda Liston as Vice President-Account Executive, and Debra Bunce and Diane Fischer as Account Executives, and Elizabeth Huebner as Account Manager in the companys property and casualty insurance team.
Linda Liston is a member of the St. Louis-based property and casualty risk management staff and oversees all aspects of client service for her accounts.
With more than 30 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, Liston helps her clients evaluate exposure, strategize and develop programs to transfer or retain risk. In addition, she works with other members of the Lockton team to analyze loss trends, coverage needs, and appropriate risk financing techniques. Linda is responsible for all aspects of service, including the marketing and placement of insurance programs.
Before joining Lockton, Liston was with Arthur J. Gallagher for eight years as Vice President of Operations. In that position, she was responsible for compliance, auditing and training. She has also held marketing and account management positions with Johnson & Higgins/Marsh and Alexander & Alexander during her career.
Liston has completed most classes for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and is completing her bachelors degree in business administration with Lindenwood University.
Bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial casualty insurance with her, Debra Bunce joins Locktons Enterprise Services team as an Account Executive. She will oversee risk management programs, and help develop customized insurance coverage packages, for Locktons clients in such industries as construction, non-profits, religious organizations and foodservice.
Bunce was a Senior Account Executive with Welsch, Flatness & Lutz immediately prior to joining Lockton. Before that, she worked in sales and marketing for The Daniel and Henry Company, Sedgwick of Missouri and Fred S. James of California. Those positions gave her extensive experience in indentifying and analyzing client loss exposures, and preparing the appropriate risk management programs.
Bunce is a graduate of Platte Business College, where she specialized in computer science. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor Designation, and is currently pursuing a Certified Risk Management Designation.
Diane Fischer comes to Locktons Risk Management team as an Account Executive. She will use her strong account supervisory skills to manage her clients risk portfolios, and guide them to seek solutions to unique and changing needs. The Lockton Risk Management team offers middle- to large-market clients an integrated service model that brings loss control and claims management together under a dedicated Risk Manager to address loss trends and bring claims to a swift conclusion.
Most recently, before joining Lockton, Fischer was the Risk Management Underwriting Director for the St. Louis office of the Kemper Insurance Company. At various points throughout the past 17 years, she also held risk management posts with Reliance National Insurance Company and American International Group.
Fischer holds an M.B.A. from Washington University, as well as a bachelors degree in mathematics from Hofstra University. She is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
Elizabeth Huebner joins Locktons Enterprise Services team as Account Manager. She is specifically responsible for the day-to-day marketing and servicing of property and casualty insurance products to Locktons clients in the healthcare industry, such as large hospital systems, physician groups and managed care facilities. Additionally, she will be consulting on medical malpractice and workers compensation issues for these clients.
Before joining Lockton, Huebner was the Medical Staff Office Manager at Christian Hospital in St. Louis. Her professional background also includes credentialing and training and development work in medical service delivery with Esse Health, and account management and medical malpractice claims supervision with Gallagher Bassett Services.
Huebner has a bachelors degree in communications from Eastern Kentucky University.
