The online campaign launches this week with Scion’s Rich Media Widget, designed by Attik, appearing on several Web sites that are highly targeted to reach and appeal to Scion’s primary consumer audience. The widget will encourage brand enthusiasts to grab the content and add it to their personal pages, or share it virally with others.
Interpolls Rich Media Widgets are mini-applications that can be embedded within top social networking and personal sites, as well as ad-served on major portals and most online destinations. Interpolls builds, syndicates, and tracks these widgets within site ad requirements through one solution.
The widgets are customizable to a client’s specifications to meet campaign goals, presenting a perfect fit for Scion, whose vehicles are known for their ease of customization and personalization.

Consumers interacting with the ad unit will have the option to select and click on their choice of the three featured Scion model vehicles, essentially choosing and customizing the ad which they will be presented. Upon making a selection, users will be presented a video corresponding to the select model, along with the option to click a “Learn More” tab to receive additional information.
The Scion widget also will include a polling aspect that asks users questions to engage them in an interaction and prompts them to further “Play” with the widget. The widget also allows users to change the model they initially selected to view the other cars’ videos and polls created specifically for each model, giving the user complete access to all three models within a single execution. A separate tab enables them to “Grab” the widget and share it virally, or easily embed it on a personal page such as MySpace or Facebook.
