RSI will continue to provide specialized stewardship consulting and unparalleled client service to individual schools and parishes, while OFK will manage the similar needs of dioceses and religious orders. OFK will engage with clients under the RSI Catholic Services brand in the near term. Viscerns RSI Catholic Services group will be rebranded as simply RSI, with a special market emphasis on Catholic Schools and Parishes. This market segment will be led by Senior Vice President, Mike Halloran.

Viscern sought OFK due to its unique commitment to Catholic dioceses and their local communities. OFK provides consulting and investment management advisory services to Catholic dioceses. Dan Conway, former president of the Viscern RSI Catholic Services group will join OFK as President and CEO of RSI Catholic Services, an OFK Company.
