The video, which will be updated on a quarterly basis, can be viewed at Atlanta Real Estate 2007.
The video discusses the residential real estate market for fall 2007. Featuring Dan Forsman, Prudential Georgia President and CEO, viewers will learn about the troubles in the mortgage industry, the abundance of home inventory and the factors that affect pricing for homes.
Citing numerous statistics from such sources as the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. Census, CNN, Fortune magazine and AARP, he provides powerful evidence that metro Atlanta will continue to grow and prosper in the future.
