ProcureStaff, is helping make this holiday season warmer and more joyful for those less privileged in communities surrounding the companys global headquarters in New York City and their satellite offices in Denver. The global human capital management solutions company is marshalling the power of its hundreds of employees and allocating space within their facilities to serve as special donation collection locations for two worthwhile wintertime charities New York Cares and Toys for Tots. Boosting those numbers into the thousands, all Volt Information Sciences employees located at their Lexington Avenue address will participate as will all the other tenants sharing space in the same towers as ProcureStaff.
ProcureStaffs four New York Metro area facilities will be collecting new or gently used winter coats for New York Caress annual Coat Drive. The New York Cares Coat Drive provides warm winter coats to the less fortunate men, women and children in the metropolitan area; a lifesaving gift for many during the fiercely cold Northeast winters. Were honored to participate in these programs, offered ProcureStaff Marketing Director Gino Hawley adding, We may be a company known for thinking globally, but New York Cares and Toys for Tots provide us wonderful avenues for acting locally and everyone in our organization is fired up to contribute.
For those ProcureStaff employees with the desire to act locally in the Denver area, the ProcureStaff facility will collect new, unwrapped toys for the US Marine Corps Reserves Toys for Tots organization. With collection stations in every state, Toys for Tots stated goal is to deliver - through a shiny new toy at Christmas - a message of hope to needy youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders.
The New York Cares Coat Drive is an annual lifeline for people in need in New York City. Were delighted that ProcureStaff is supporting us this year, said Ariel Zwang, Executive Director of New York Cares. Since 1989, weve collected over one million coats for men, women and children who dont have warm coats to get them through the winter.
