Prior to his association with Powerway, Mr. Chambliss was Chief Operating Officer for Visiprise, Inc., which specializes in integrated manufacturing operations solutions. While at Visiprise, he led operations through the Company’s acquisition of HMS Software & RSS Solutions and managed the successful integration of the two organizations. Previously, Mr. Chambliss served as President and General Manager of North American Operations for Tecnomatix, prior to its acquisition by UGS. During the last 20 years, he has held various leadership positions at several technology companies, including IBM, LDS and STG Technologies.

Mr. Chambliss succeeds Thomas Hiatt, Founding Partner of Centerfield Capital Partners, who had previously served as Powerway’s Chairman. Mr. Hiatt served on the board committee which recruited Mr. Chambliss to Powerway, and advocated the expansion of Mr. Chambliss’ role. Mr. Hiatt will continue to serve as a member of Powerway’s Board.
