Automiq Power & Light LLC (APL), announced today that the patent has been issued for the award winning new automotive wheel lighting product brand named GloRyder TM. APL is the exclusive manufacturer of the unique and popular wheel lighting device. The United States Patent was originally filed in 2004 and was granted and released on April 8, 2008 (Ref. Patent No. 7354182).

GloRyders TM are chromed, precision fabricated, aluminum LED lighting devices, that mount to the center of vehicle wheels providing crisp colored light back onto the face of the wheels at night. No external wiring is needed as the device runs for months on typical "AA" batteries. GloRyders TM are available in any of nine (9) colors. The device is totally automatic with integrated printed circuit boards that contain both motion and light sensors that manage the operation of the device. GloRyders TM will only turn on at night and light the vehicle's wheel when they are in motion. They stay off in the day. The effect at night is stunning.
