Samir Mehta "Steps Up" to Help Students by Joining the Staff of Falcon Physician Reviews

Samir Mehta, MD, joins Falcon Physician Reviews' staff of lecturers. The author of Step-Up to USMLE Step 1, as well as many other titles benefiting students and physicians around the world, brings his extensive insight and experience to the Falcon classroom. Falcon Physician Reviews is proud to announce the notable addition of Dr. Mehta to its already impressive staff, which includes Edward Goljan, MD, Tom Brown, MD, Dan Cooper, MD, Sam Lubner, MD, Jason Robertson, MD, and many other distinguished physicians. Dr. Mehta's first lecture will be in May of 2008.


Nationally recognized USMLE author, Samir Mehta, MD, speaking of his being added to the Falcon Physician Reviews staff, says, "I have been able to indirectly help students prepare for the USMLE through my books. Samir Mehta, MD, is Chief of the Orthopaedic Trauma Service within the University of Pennsylvania Health System and a faculty member of the University of Pennsylvania, School of Medicine. His books include Step-Up to USMLE Step 1, Step-Up to the Bedside, Orthopaedic Key Review Concepts, External Fixation of the Pelvis and Extremities, External Fixation: Techniques Using the JET-X® System, and Orthobiologics: Improving Fracture Care Through Science. In addition, Dr. Mehta has authored over 20 peer-review publications ranging from orthopaedic surgery to ethics to resident education.
