Subsequently, you will be prompted for a phone number. Then you have the choice to either send the recipient a free text message with the podcast's phone number or have the podcast call that recipient and play back a 20 second recorded message from you.

You can send the text message to any U.S. cell phone or have the podcast call any U.S. cell phone or land line. You don't even have to be on the Internet to do this…just have your phone handy.
