Globalite Group, Inc. Signs an Agreement for the Exclusive Perpetual Worldwide Right to Market and Manufacture Products Derived from a Language Translation Technology
Publish Date : 1/19/2008 3:40:00 AM Source : Technology News Onlypunjab.com
GLOBALITE (Other OTC:GGRO.PK) announces that the company signed an agreement with Language2Language World Communications Inc. that grants Globalite the exclusive perpetual worldwide right to commercially exploit any language translation product that Globalite and Language2Language develop from a technology that Language2Language refers to as Language One.
If Globalite successfully finishes the development of Language One, Globalite intends to develop a micro-processing chip that can be used in wireless communication devices to translate one spoken language into another spoken language in nearly real time. If Globalite can raise sufficient capital, Globalite intends to further develop the Language One technology, secure further propriety rights, and to develop products and services derived from the Language One technology to be used in wireless telecommunication devices and mobile translators, among other applications.
Pursuant to the agreement, Language2Language warranted and represented to Globalite that the Language One technology is original and a unique design for language translation and can be used in language translations for telecommunications products including, but not limited to wireless telecommunications products. The next critical stage is from Globalite to pay for and oversee the fabrication of a prototype and further develop an Operations Agreement with Language2Language that further delineates other terms and conditions necessary to facilitate the administration of the Agreement.
“This Agreement represents a preliminary, but critical, first step in refocusing Globalite’s direction,” said Marcus Sanders, Globalite’s CEO. “We still have a long way to go and a lot of work to do. But, I think we now have a clear focus.” |
