YTB Travel offers any non profit organization their own online booking page utilizing the same booking engine that Travelocity uses to book travel on the computer. Your prices are extremely competetive, usually the same as Travelocity or lower. You are provided a website which you can name a corresponding name with your organization. For example, ColumbineTravel.net is the name I chose. You can name your own site something your members will remember to use. You then advertise the information to your members for them to use when they book cruises, hotels, car rentals, event tickets, flights and those kind of purchases online. We all book travel arrangements ourselves currently, so this is not a new concept to anyone. The servers are secure and the same as ordering anything else online.
As your members accumulate travel bookings and take their travel arranged, the commissions (called royalties for non profits) add up in your account at YTB. These funds are released to the non profit each month and can be used as you wish. The percentages are generous and add up quickly. This money is gathered without your members spending any additional money for donations to your organization. This is the best part! This perpetual fundraiser can be left in place for as many years as you wish, continuing to harvest royalties for your organization. The low start up fee of $449.00 pays for your site, a marketing manager associate at YTB, and free artwork for your printing of banners or posters.
