Parts Town recently received the Circle of Excellence Award from Culver Franchising System, Inc., during the eleventh annual Culver’s® Reunion 2008: Crossroads of America, held Feb. 4-6, in Indianapolis, Indiana. More than 1,100 attended the three-day Reunion where franchisees, team members and suppliers celebrated the past year’s successes, attended a supplier tradeshow and training sessions, and learned new operational and management techniques to achieve operational brilliance.
The Circle of Excellence Award is presented annually to Culver’s supplier partners who have provided outstanding products and services to Culver’s locally owned and operated restaurants throughout the past year.
“At each of our more than 370 restaurants, we work hard to make sure our guests feel that we’re doing it right for them. Our best suppliers, like Parts Town, help us to deliver on this promise by doing it right for Culver’s every day,” said Craig Culver, co-founder of Culver’s. “Parts Town is a true partner that ensures consistent quality, products and services. We were honored to recognize their outstanding performance.”
"Parts Town is focused on delivering customized parts solutions to the industry's leading chains," said Steve Snower, president of Parts Town. "We are extremely proud of our partnership with Culver's and this award."
The annual Culver’s Reunion brings together the restaurant’s founding family, franchisees, managers, team members and suppliers to honor and recognize their peers and colleagues. In addition to the awards ceremonies culminating in a Gala celebration, the American Red Cross presented the Circle of Humanitarian Award to Culver’s for the substantial support the company and its franchise partners provided in 2007.
