Yardi Systems, the global leader in asset and property management software, is pleased to announce that Birmingham, Alabama-based Dominion Partners, LLC, has selected Yardi Voyager™ software to manage its $350 million dollar senior living community and multi-family residential portfolio throughout the Southeastern and mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.
As long time MRI clients, Dominion chose to make the switch to Yardi Voyager’s fully-integrated system because they “were looking for software specifically designed for our senior property management, as well as a user friendly system for our multi-family residential property management,” said Brian D. Parker, Dominion Partners’ chief financial officer. “After researching the matter extensively, we determined that Yardi offered one of the few packages designed specifically for transaction and reporting needs associated with Senior Property Management,” he continued. “We especially like Voyager’s accessibility across all of our business functions, the intuitiveness of the screens and process workflow, and the analysis and reporting capabilities.”
The company plans to use Voyager for all aspects of property management, as well as care, billing, and marketing, which will streamline leasing and accounting departments’ reporting functions. Implementation plans will include four properties by mid Q1 ‘08, and will continue throughout the company’s portfolio over the next four years in line with their growth.
