Publish Date : 1/10/2008 4:47:00 AM   Source : American Local News Onlypunjab.com

The Carrier Hotel Alliance CHA will be attending and presenting at the upcoming Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) event in Honolulu, Hawaii, Telecom With Vision, January 1316, 2008. Come meet with CHA members and Core180, the official sponsor of the CHA suite at PTC in the Rainbow Tower, Suite 1112.

The CHA is a cooperative effort of key North American carrier hotel owners; including 1102 Grand, CRG West, telx and The Westin Building. The CHA will host customer meetings at the PTC 2008 conference in the Core180 sponsored suite. John Savageau, Managing Director of CRG West and Hunter Newby, the Chief Strategy Officer of telx will both be participating on a panel at the PTC 2008 session titled The Marriage of Networks and Next Generation Data Centers to be held Tuesday, January 15th at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu. The session will be chaired by David Dunn, Senior Vice President of CRG West. The value of these panels should not be underscored, stated Michael Boyle, Director of Business Development for the Westin Building. In addition to the incredible networking opportunities, the PTC program team has assembled the industrys most talented and gifted individuals to discuss the future of telecommunications.

The CHA is also excited to announce that for the first time a company, Core180 has sponsored the CHA event suite. Core180s decision to support the CHA is based on our belief that the business model of carrier networks has changed to include the convenience and cost savings of Carrier Hotel Alliance properties, stated David Baule, Chief Executive Officer of Core180. Core180s platform utilizes the CHA members and their facilitys footprint to connect major Carrier Hotels in the United States for the purpose of optimizing last mile distribution for international carriers, large enterprises and government agencies.

In addition, telx|vision, telxs web-based on demand video channel, which recently won product of the year by Internet Telephony Magazine, will be on location at the PTC conducting live interviews with key industry executives to increase exposure and help deliver their messages. The telx|vision shoot is scheduled for Monday, January 14th at the PTC 2008 event in the CHA suite in the Rainbow Tower.
