Orlando's Finest Vacations Homes, LLC, one of the pioneers in the Orlando vacation home rental business, is celebrating its tenth anniversary offering discount rates to vacationers who stay in their condos, town houses, villas and vacation homes in the next six months.
Mark and Susan Whichard are the proprietors of Orlando's Finest Vacation Homes, and they started business in 1998. That was "long before most companies knew what a vacation home was," said Mark. Their company has grown and now offers vacationers in the Orlando area the option of staying in two and three bedroom condos and townhomes as well as private vacation homes and villas that range in size from 3 bedroom to 7 bedroom rather than in hotels while enjoying the attractions of Orlando.
To celebrate their tenth anniversary they are offering discounts to visitors who mention the 10th anniversary special when booking their accommodations in Orlando. "We want to express our thanks to our loyal clientele," explains Whichard.
Many families find that renting a condo, home or villa while visiting Disney World and the other Orlando attractions is more economical than staying in a hotel. "In almost all cases it is cheaper for a family to stay in a rented home, condo or even a luxury villa, than to stay in a hotel," says Whichard.

The homes are furnished and generously equipped with Cable TV, VCR, Internet and stereo systems as well as full air conditioning and heating. The homes also have private swimming pools. The condos and town houses feature community swimming pools, fitness centers and spas, children's play areas and other facilities.
