The first web conferencing seminar Fred Solomon, Jr., held was informative and educational. In the webinar, Tom Prendergast, the owner of the Vereconference system listened to the entire ninety minute conference that gave revealing insights into the real estate investment world. He went on to explain in detail the reasons why this is true and how you can find Appreciating markets anywhere in the US before anyone else does.
"Look for areas where there are more people moving into the area, rather than moving out of the area. Look for areas where the Unemployment Rate is below the National Average of 4.7% & where people's incomes are going up, not down! Just because you do all this, doesn't mean you won't see property values decline, but what we are doing is showing a potential investor on how you can minimize the risk of that happening and maximize your upside.
