Birmingham, AL based direct mail publisher Oxmoor House in partnership with Hearst Publishing has signed Lawrenceville, GA copywriter Carline Anglade-Cole to write the direct mail promotion for Oprah's 3rd book. The new book title is yet to be announced but it will fit in the motivational and inspirational genre of Oprah's previous books, "Live Your Best Life" and "O's Guide to Life."
According to Marketing Director, Julie Doll, "Carline was our #1 choice for this project. She's smart, talented and full of creative ideas. We're glad she's available to take on this exciting venture for our company." The project is scheduled to begin April 2008.
"I'm super excited and can't wait to start on this project. Oprah is my 'Shero'. To work on this venture fulfills a personal as well as a professional goal" says Anglade-Cole.
"I've asked Germantown, MD graphic designer Lori Haller to work with me on this project. We've done great work together in the past and I'm sure we're going to create a kick-butt success for Oprah's book!" says Anglade-Cole.
Anglade-Cole is a 20 year veteran in the direct mail industry working for companies such as Phillips Publishing and Georgetown Publishing House. She left corporate America and began her freelance writing career in January, 1999 specializing in the alternative health and lifestyle field.
She recently earned the title of "million-dollar copywriter" for her string of successful promotions for companies such as: Health Resources, True Health, Healthy Directions (formerly Phillips Publishing), Sun Chlorella USA and Atlanta-based companies Soundview Publications and Frank Cawood & Associates.
