"For some time, Indiana Packers has managed a small number of EDI trading relationships using in-house resources. However, the demand for EDI from our customers has recently experienced a significant increase and we were faced with developing a strategic plan for future electronic communication with our value chain," explained Dennis Schluttenhofer, MIS Manager of Indiana Packers. "Digital Movers had the right strategic, economical and technological fit for our company. Their EDI outsourcing platform enables us to meet our EDI requirements with a predictable time to solution and cost structure. We can service our customers without the addition of specialized technology or resources."

"We are very pleased to have been selected by Indiana Packers Corporation and to be trusted with the implementation of EDI with their value chain," said Ken Konikowski, president, Digital Movers. "We continue to experience encouraging growth with our EDI outsourcing service in the grocery and food service industry. Our Host*EDI Outsourcing Service enables companies like Indiana Packers to obtain all of the benefits of a complete EDI program without owning all of the technical requirements."

In 2007 Digital Movers employed an independent firm to audit its current and past customers. This survey produced an overall customer satisfaction rating of 94 (out of a possible 100) on a variety of categories including reliability, accuracy, quality, business relations, cost, responsiveness and customer support.
