rue Religion Apparel, Inc. (Nasdaq:TRLG) today announced the lease signing for a new branded store at Time Warner Center’s The Shops at Columbus Circle in New York City. The 1,850 square-foot store will offer the entire True Religion collection for men, women and kids, including its signature denim, expanding sportswear, and a full range of licensed product, including footwear, swimwear, headwear and handbags. The store is expected to open in Spring 2008.
Considered one of New York City’s newest landmarks, Time Warner Center is centrally located at 10 Columbus Circle on the West Side and spans 2.8 million square feet. With 350,000 square feet of leasable space and 500,000 square feet of dynamic restaurant, retail and entertainment uses, including Jazz at Lincoln Center’s three performance halls, the complex also houses Time Warner World Headquarters, One Central Park condominiums, The Residences at the Mandarin Oriental and the Mandarin Oriental five-star luxury hotel. The Shops at Columbus Circle have a diverse roster of retailers including: Stuart Weitzman, Tourneau, Coach, Cole Haan, Sephora, BOSS Hugo Boss and Thomas Pink, as well as Manhattan’s largest Whole Foods Market and an Equinox Fitness Club.
