"Though the home is across from the bluff, it nevertheless has magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean. The best views are from the downstairs living foom and upstairs master bedroom, but you have views of the water from just about all of the rooms." Hokkanen says that because the home is less than 10 years old it has plenty of modern conveniences like granite countertops, larger living spaces and a more interesting floor plan. Of the photographs, she indicates that her favorite is the living room in the early morning light. "Our photographer was on site at 6:30 a.m. to set up before the sun rose. Ms. Hokkanen is optimistic about locating a buyer for the home. "Not only is the home one of the least expensive homes currently on the market on Neptune, it is also one of the least expensive in cost per square foot," Ms. Hokkanen states.
