Polaris World have today announced the golf fees for the Nicklaus Golf Trail for 2008. With four golf courses open at resorts in Murcia, Spain and several more planned in the region, Polaris World have unveiled a new 25-year "Right to Play". Designed to provide maximum enjoyment of the exclusive Nicklaus Golf Trail the Right to Play costs 24,000 Euros for a single member with discounts available for owners of property at Polaris World.

The Right to Play is transferable and can be sold on providing a potential profit for investors. There are four further courses planned on the Nicklaus Golf Trail so the offering gets better over the coming years potentially adding to the value of the debenture.

Three of these courses, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course and two "Bear's Best" courses are planned at the resort of Condado de Alhama set to become one of the largest glf resorts in Europe.

The four courses open (by 2008), Mar Menor, La Torre and El Valle with Hacienda Riquelme due to open in January 2008 are all within a 25km radius.
