This second Pittsburgh McCormick & Schmick's is located on the corner of Wood Street and Liberty Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh at Piatt Place, a mixed-use development complex which features retail and office space, as well as condominiums and townhouses.

The new Pittsburgh McCormick & Schmick’s is approximately 8,200 square feet and will include a seasonal outdoor patio. The restaurant is designed to seat approximately 308 guests.
