The pre-conference workshop, How to Create a Talent Management StrategyMap taking place on November 11, 2007 will draw on Spirgi's extensive knowledge in working with Fortune 1000 clients on their talent management initiative.
The session will discuss the importance of a holistic strategy including what it takes to transform an organization from tactical to strategic, the importance of people, process, and technology in any talent management initiative, and how to determine which areas of talent management integration you will get the most value from.
The conference session, CSAA on the Road to Success with Integrated Talent Management, will be presented jointly with Spirgi and Doug Francone, People & Performance Strategy and Information at CSAA. This session will help attendees understand how CSAA put together a strategy to better align talent needs with organizational goals including internal and external sourcing, identification of skills, performance and development.
