mCapitol Management announced today that the Honorable Paul D. Frazer has joined the firm as Senior Advisor. Frazer brings over 28 years of experience in the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining mCapitol, Frazer was a government relations consultant in Washington, D.C., where he served a wide range of national and international clients.
Frazer’s previous diplomatic career with the Canadian Foreign Service included numerous positions of distinction. Most notably, he served as Ambassador to the Czech and Slovak Republics. In addition, he served at the Canadian Consulate General in New York, the Canadian Embassy in Warsaw and as Minister of Public Affairs at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, D.C. In Ottawa, he served as international economic affairs Assistant to the Minister of Finance and Executive Director of Canada’s economic and political assistance program for Central Europe and the former Soviet Union.

In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian-American Business Council and the Board of Overseers of the Corcoran Museum of Art. He is a frequent contributor to conferences on U.S.-Canada issues and the media.
