As Managing Partner, Steven will oversee a branch of recruiters, as well as local and national client management. His main concentration continues to focus solely on the placement of experienced attorneys of all levels with firms, corporations and non-profits across the country.

Mr. Lynch joins the Lucas Group with over ten years of experience working in and servicing the legal industry, most recently working as a Senior Recruiter for Hughes Consultants and prior to that working as a Legal Search Consultant with Cambridge Partners. His career began in Atlanta with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) where he rose to the level of Vice President of Business Development and Director of the AAA’s New Orleans Regional Office.
