Pursuant to the agreement, MegaBingo will develop software to operate bingo and OLG’s “play on demand” games (player vs. machine), assist in the installation of the bingo software at OLG’s Data Centre in Toronto, and assist in the deployment of the eBingo and play on demand software at future locations in the province of Ontario, Canada. Development work on the products is expected to be completed by the end of calendar 2008.
