* Exercise more often to help stimulate the bowels. Participate in any kind of sport that you like to move your body and especially your bowels,

* You should avoid stress, depression and all kind of bad emotions that can have a negative impact in your health in general. Allow some time to relax to relieve the stress on your bowels.

Eating a healthy diet, exercising, drinking enough water and relaxing are the main healthy lifestyle choices that will protect you from constipation.
