Tax Lady Roni Deutch rewarded the employees of her law firm with an annual luncheon where she praised specific individuals for their hard work, dedication, and key contribution to a successful 2007.

To celebrate the New Year, Ms. Deutch rewarded the employees of her law firm, Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation with a special All-Star Team Awards Luncheon. The festivities took place aboard the Delta King, located on the Sacramento River in Old Town Sacramento.

"2007 was a great year for our law firm," claimed Ms. Deutch. "We had record enrollments, record conversions on those who expressed interest in our firm, and record successful resolutions. We filmed new TV commercials and revamped our firm's website. We also were able to reduce inefficiencies throughout the law firm through innovation and seeing-through bold ideas."

"Specifically, a huge accomplishment was the creation of our innovative phone system and resulting merger of our legal and customer service departments," continued Ms. Deutch. "As a result, our clients got unprecedented access with the individuals who work closely with the Attorneys assigned to their case. It was the idea of managing attorney Shawn Ervin, and it turned out to be a huge success. Because of his vision and the hard work of the Attorneys and legal assistants in the legal department, we now have historically low turnaround on incoming work and answering incoming client calls."

Deutch expressed gratitude to various other individuals and departments of her law firm. "I also want to thank our dedicated Information Technology department. "Without them, none of us would be here. They created all of the new tools used by the law firm, maintain and update our beautiful website, and provide friendly support for all of our employees."

Ms. Deutch then announced members of her law firm's All Star team - a recognition given to ten employees (i.e. 9 position players and coach) who went above and beyond in 2007. In addition, she also selected two co - "Most Valuable Players" - those whose dedication helped the law firm excel the most in 2007. Each All Star and MVP receives a "Roni Deutch All Star Team" letter jacket and customized plaque.

"Every time I call this person she answers the phone asking 'what can I do for you,'" noted Ms. Deutch when referring to the first MVP Gretchen Lomax. "Less than one week into her new position, she found an error in our health plan that had been costing us excess money. Because of Gretchen's hard work and dedication, every single person at my law firm is saving money each month on his or her health insurance."

"It was such an honor to be selected as one of the MVPs," claims Lomax. "Roni is such an inspiration and it is a pleasure to come to work every day. I honestly had no idea I would be selected as an All-Star, let alone MVP."

The other MVP selected by Ms. Deutch was Client Intake Director Brandon Funk. "Brandon is the best sales person I have ever met in my entire life," proclaimed Deutch. "Out of the 6,283 new clients my firm took on last year, 558 of them came directly from Brandon. He works hard and puts in long hours and for that I am grateful."
