Jim Bowling, a 15-year strategic marketing veteran in consumer, pharmaceutical, industrial, technology, and services sectors, has joined RTM&J as Principal Consultant. Over the years he has helped companies of all sizes achieve growth through strategic planning and execution of relationship marketing strategies tied to corporate growth objectives.
At RTM&J Jim leads the M-PLANS™ and IDEA-SELL™ practice areas and has been engaged with IBM and Anheuser-Busch helping to develop global interactive strategies and customer relationship marketing efforts. “Jim provides our clients with outstanding industry and consulting expertise and experience,” says Rhonda Harper, founder, owner and CEO of RTM&J.

Formerly a consultant at Zyman Group, he played an integral role in defining growth strategies for leading Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries, leveraging customer insights to drive new revenue among key market segments. Jim also introduced and led industry-specific relationship marketing strategies in collaboration with vertical practice teams to drive the consulting firm's market awareness and revenue growth.
Prior to this, Jim worked extensively with services companies and channel organizations to define, launch, and measure CRM strategies aligned to corporate growth agendas. For Microsoft’s leading US ERP and CRM partner, he played a strategic role in developing and launching Industry Solution Sets and Nurture Marketing modules for Microsoft CRM.
Jim began his career as a technology consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has focused much of his attention and passion on harnessing relationship marketing as a strategic growth driver. He is a graduate of Furman University with an MBA from Auburn University.
