LTB Audio Unleashes Two Powerful Multi-Channel Gaming Headphones for PC Users
Publish Date : 7/29/2007 11:33:00 PM Source : Hardware News Onlypunjab.com
The Magnum 5.1 series is ideally suited for series PC gamers who want a high sensory surround sound experience in all the latest games. The headphones are designed in a fiery venom red color coated in a rubberized skin for an easy grip. The digital volume control is built right into the ear-cup along with a built in noise canceling microphone. The wireless Q-Bass system is designed with 2 speakers in each ear-cup to provide the richest possible Bass tones and a built in noise canceling microphone. The Q-Bass system operates on a 2.4GHz wireless adaptive spectrum by means of LTB Audio's ARIO wireless technology. The USB Transmitter is a 2.4GHz digital radio frequency transmitter that connects to a computer via its USB ports. The Transmitter Puck requires no software for Windows XP, Vista, Mac or Linux operating systems and provides non-compressed streaming audio to the receiver.
The Q-Bass Headphone system utilizes LTB's proprietary ARIO wireless technology, a true digital uncompressed technique that solves the interference problem often encountered in the 2.4 GHz wireless band. This advanced RF technology delivers a robust non-compressed CD-quality audio signal that has a range of up to 150 feel (line of sight) and uses a secure pairing synchronization to insure a one to one connection. The ARIO wireless technology is similar to Bluetooth but also is quite adaptable and does not interfere with other media devices. This advanced wireless technology will provide zero latency voice communication.
Both Magnum and Q-Bass headphones are equipped with a patented technology for safe Low frequency tones called SafeBass®, which limits the decibel levels to below the range that would be considered unsafe for long periods.
Both models have built in microphones to enable users to take advantage of VoIP, speech recognition and speech to text features available in many software and internet applications such as Paltalk , Skype and Windows Live gaming.
The Q-Bass wireless includes a rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery which provides up to 12 hours of listening time; and a comfortable adjustable design to fit comfortably over the ears.
Both models are available from D&H Distribution and BDI Laguna, Radioshack.com, Staples.com, Techdepot.com, Buy.com, Officedepot.com or direct from LTB Audio Systems. For additional retailers log onto http://www.ltbaudio.com/wheretobuy.html or call 201-883-1869
