IndexTools Announces CountQuest as its First Strategic Alliance Partner in Sweden
Publish Date : 10/30/2007 9:58:00 AM   Source : Europe News Onlypunjab.com

IndexTools (Inc.), leading provider of cutting edge online marketing analytics platform, announced today a Strategic Alliance Partnership with CountQuest, Swedish web consultancy firm.

Since entering the business of web analysis back in 2000, CountQuest Interactive AB of Sweden has gained a strong reputation among its 200 clients for providing online opinion analysis and evaluation and has striven to be a non-biased company working with the software that best suits its customers' needs and requests.

When CountQuest went shopping for a new tool to solve the web analytics needs of its clients, they soon signed on as a Strategic Alliance Partner of IndexTools.

"CountQuest is specialized in web analytics and as an independent consultancy firm we need to provide our customers with actionable information about their web performance," said Fredrik Arnarp, CEO of CountQuest. "We found that IndexTools has a very good offering and look forward to serving our clients with what they need based on the IndexTools platform."

The array of features offered by IndexTools such as real time custom reporting, executive dashboards with individual views, sales funnel analysis - to name but a few - were praised by Arnarp. In his view, the tool meets all the needs of today's website owner, that it is priced attractively and that its value is "obvious" when lined up against IndexTools' competitors.

Conversely, IndexTools was quick to welcome CountQuest on board the Partner Alliance Program.

"CountQuest is a leader in the Swedish market for web analysis and makes a strong addition to our global matrix of more than 200 active partners in 25 countries," said Dennis R. Mortensen, COO of IndexTools.

As a partner, Mortensen added, CountQuest will enjoy a host of such benefits as unbridled access to IndexTools marketing materials, training by in-house experts in Professional Services including business requirement analysis, deployment and best practices, and an open-door client management center where partners can monitor and manage their clients' web analytics usage and access extensive product information to buoy client relationships.

As for the business benefit to CountQuest's clients, Arnarp made it clear.

"I think that my clients will get a quick return on investment on IndexTools," he said.

In order to provide IndexTools product and technical news in the Swedish language to web analytics clients, the two companies have launched a microsite: http://www.indextools.se
