The Forrester Wave Vendor Summary on Softtek states: “Softtek, the best-known Mexican IT service provider, is used to competing head-to-head with both the Indian players and the large multinationals, which is impressive given its relatively small size (about 1,000 people in the SAP practice).” The report goes on to say that, “Although Softtek is admittedly more focused on the technical implementation portions of an SAP engagement, all of its survey references used Softtek for the higher value pre-implementation consulting portions of their SAP engagement in addition of the technical work.
