Clark, whose career spans thirty years with Idea Integration, Berger & Co., IBM, Citicorp and Diebold, has a background in IT project services sales. He will lead ProtoTest's expansion into new vertical and geographic markets in 2008 and beyond.

Clark has a BS degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder. His charitable activities include the Open Fairways Foundation and the Bonfils Blood Center.
