Virtual Switching Consultancy Limited (VSC) is pleased to announce that in response to our successful business expansion and recognition gained from the telecommunication industry, VSC will re-organize its business into three (3) divisions. The new organization is in effect from 1 November 2007. The three new business divisions are VSC Solutions, VSC Global Telecom and VSC Ventures. All are wholly owned subsidiaries controlled by the VSC management team.

After the restructuring, VSC becomes the management company with responsibility for the direction and overall business result of the newly formed divisions.

VSC Solutions will continue to develop innovative and advanced IP based telecommunications solutions. This includes solutions based on IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) and the Next Generation Network (NGN) architectures.

VSC Global Telecom will offer a full range of telecom services including retail and wholesale services utilizing VSC solutions that provide cost efficient IP-based services.

VSC Ventures will be responsible for extending the reach of VSC by forming partnerships with telecom services operators. In this partnership, VSC provides the technology solution and support, while the partner provides the local market access and operations. Early successes of this business model include agreements with telecom operators in Japan, Bangladesh and Nepal.

By virtue of our experience and professionalism, VSC believes that the restructuring will provide additional focus and permits VSC to adapt quickly to market changes while continuing to provide high-quality services to our customers.
