President of John Robert Powers, Ron Patterson, announced today that another one of the acting school’s students booked a reoccurring role on the popular CW Network show “Gossip Girl.” Teen actress, Yin Chang, who has attended John Robert Powers acting classes on Long Island, New York since 2006 started shooting her episodes on “Gossip Girl” in mid April. Yin Chang will appear in the role of Sally Yuki along side other cast members Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley and Chace Crawford among others.
The CW’s “Gossip Girl” centers on privileged teenagers who attend an elite private school in New York City. The television drama is based on character, Blair Waldorf envied by her friends and the adversary of many fellow rich girls. Her ideal world begins to collapse, however, when her ex-best friend, freshly excluded from her previous boarding school, enrolls at Blair's private school.
