It cut down installation time from 3-4 weeks to 2-3 days. It saves the installation cost of a physical line. Rapid and low cost deployment of ATMs/Kiosks allows CITIC to offer service sooner and in more locations than its competitors, thus increases revenue and improves bottom line. The 3G solution also enables Unicom to compete with landline carrier and gain market share.
