Anonymous donors have made a $6.2 million donation to the Natural Organized Woman Sorority Incorporated for their initiatives NowWear®, Job Training, Mentoring and Personal Coaching. Recipient is to be Teen age Girls and Women with a Natural Talent and Gift in the area of Retail, Marketing, Fashion Design, Computer Science and Public Relations, providing the largest single gift in the history of the Organization.
The anonymous donors from the Baltimore, MD and Metro-DC area recently granted the Natural Organized Woman Sorority Incorporated (NOWSorority Inc®) a challenge: The donors’ management will personally review and approve each applicant request upon the direction of our Jobs Program committee, up to $2,500 will be donated per person. This donation will enable NOWSorority Inc® to expand its programs to ensure that families in every local community have access to high-quality, affordable personal coaching and development program.
The donors have designated the gift to "grow the Jobs initiative of the Sorority so that it can maintain strength and flexibility in pursuing the best Natural Talent and most promising Organizer. Basic law of business is an investment in human beings and in humanitarianism. The NowWear® initiative is in a unique position to contribute and these donors are proud to contribute to the future of the Women with a Natural Talent" said the donors’ spokesperson Eddie.
In November, NOWSorority Inc® celebrated its 4th anniversary. The donors were inspired by NOWSorority Inc® fight for longevity, its aggressive approach to and early results from its 2003-2008 strategic plans, its leadership, and its commitment to make advances for our nation's Women and Teen age Girls.

According to Williams, "This gift to fund grant request will help ensure the Sorority's future financial health and independence, its operating flexibility, and its ability to respond to the demands imposed by rapidly progressing family. The Gift represents the guaranteed operating capital that the NOWSorority Inc® needs to make strategic investments in long-term programs, to attract new faculty, and to support emerging lines of opportunities and new entrepreneur initiatives."
The gift comes in the wake of a series of significant initiative accomplishments of the Natural Organized Woman Sorority Incorporated. During the past several months, NOWSorority Inc® Members have made significant advances in the understanding of Bigg Sister Person Coaching and Mentoring, Computer Training, health matters i.e. Heart Disease, Obesity, High Blood Pressure and Diabetes. Heart Disease being the number one killer of Women greater than Cancer and Stroke combined. "Philanthropy such as this fuels these awareness efforts," said Williams.
"NOWSorority Inc® is poised to promote public awareness of the importance of their initiatives, and to expand support for a national model for better Jobs Program for Women," said the donors. "I look forward to continuing to work with NOWSorority Inc® to transform Jobs Program and networking marketing education in America."

NOWSorority Inc® promises to use this donation - and the funds that it leverages - efficiently and effectively to achieve our vision of a nation that supports the development of volunteers to interns with Jobs." 35 Women will be hired receiving $35.7k to fulfill the challenge of registering 2,000 Women and Teenage Girls before its deadline.
The donation marks NOWSorority Inc® and NowWear® first challenging grant. The funds must be earmarked and directed toward its activities before December 31, 2007.
